True Doing offers three ways of working, depending on where you are and what you need.

1. Individual Leadership Coaching:

For leaders navigating sustained pressure who can't get out of reactive mode. You're capable, committed, and clear on what matters. But something keeps pulling you back into firefighting — and the strategic work, the relationships, the leadership you want to bring keeps getting deferred. One-on-one coaching to identify what's driving the pattern — beyond workload — and shift the internal and external conditions keeping you in survival mode. Work that builds clarity, steadiness, and more effective decision-making under real constraints.

2. Organizational Advising

For organizations where good people are burning out, and the same problems keep recurring.

Turnover, communication breakdowns, chronic friction, mission drift — these are symptoms. The conditions generating them are usually a combination of structural factors, leadership stress responses, and patterns that have never been named or examined.

Organizational advising identifies what's underneath recurring dysfunction and creates a clear path to shift it — without the false start of solutions that address symptoms while root conditions stay in place.

3. Donor Advising

For individual donors and foundations, examining whether their giving is working the way they intend. This includes but is not limited to strategic clarity when giving options feel overwhelming. Support for family philanthropy across different generations and values. Trust-based, community-led giving strategies grounded in 25+ years alongside donors, foundations, and grassroots organizations across climate, human rights, and social justice sectors.

Every engagement starts with understanding what conditions — internal and external — are keeping the patterns you want to change in place. From there, we work together to shift them.

If any of this sounds like where you are, let's talk.
